Refurbished-Copiers.com is owned by Skyline Office Solutions which operates in California, Arizona & Nevada. We provide cost effective solutions to businesses that need Digital office equipment but don't have the budget for new. Our machines have features such as: (network printing, scanning, faxing and of course digital copying), but we offer these solutions at a fraction of the cost of new. Our machines go through a thorough 20 point inspection and are eligible for a full coverage Service Agreement, including parts and labor.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Refurbished-Copiers.com was launched as a way to help our customers that can't afford new office equipment. The cool thing about our company is that we have partnered with the two largest leasing companies in the United States, and have access to new equipment daily. This allows us to find a machine that fits your needs exactly. Don't let the thought of pre-owned scare you. Our machines are thouroughly inspected and parts/consumables are alway replaced. We offer Service Agreements as low as $59.00 per month that includes all parts, labor and toner (everything except paper and staples).
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The reason we decided on refurbished-copiers.com is because we wanted a name that was self explanatory. By looking at our name you can tell what we do and for those people who are searching for a refurbished copier, hopefully that will help them find what they need.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our business is different from other companies in price. Our machines are priced as low as 70% off m.s.r.p. which allows for your hard earned money to be spent on other business needs without sacrificing any technology speed or compatibility. All our machines can be configured with all of today most popular computer networks, allowing for an easy installation and less headache than you would have dealing with other companies.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Our goal is to continue to grow as one of California's largest refurbished copier companies. We want to spread the word about how todays copiers haven't changed much if at all over the past few years and there is no reason to buy new office equipment when it is over 3 times as expensive.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We believe in hard work and that is the basis of all we do. We spend time each day reflecting on the ways that we run our business. The most important thing to us is to provide great service and great products and therefore our return is proportional to how hard we work as a team.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
If our budget was unlimited we wouldn't do anything differently we would just continue to improve the usability of our site to hopefully make it the easiest for our customers to use.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We have many resources and people working for us that allows us to provide efficient and reliable service to any size company, ranging from small businesses to corporations with satellite offices in many places.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
We have been in business selling and servicing digital office equipment for over 17 years. There hasn't really been anything that we haven't seen.
