The Highest Office

By Alt at 01/25/09 14:48

The Oval Office is the official office of the President of the United States of America. If there is one office that is the most powerful, the highest of all, it would be it. The Oval Office is the office of the most powerful person in the US, and perhaps in the whole world, that's why.

Traditionally, the Oval Office changed its design and color by order of the new president elected to the position. However, the furnitures and the essential materials inside the office are never change. In time of former President Bill Clinton, the Oval Office was designed with vibrant colors of cream, gold, crimson and blue.

When George W. Bush was declared president of the US in 2001, the Oval Office transformed its colors. From vibrant and lively colors used in the Clinton administration, the Bush's chose to have the Oval Office in a more darker and gloomier side. They opted to use taupe, celadon and navy. Gloomy it is, but it actually looked more royal and more regal.

Well, since President Barack Obama has just been sworn into office as the new president of the United States, I thought of sharing with you guys what does his office would look like. However, this video of the presidential office we will be letting you watch is still under the supervision of the former president George W. Bush. We still don't know what will be the new color and what will be the accessories of the Oval Office now that it's Pres. Obama's turn to use it. But still, we hope you enjoy the virtual tour.
