Please give us a short summary of your website?

Our Website showcases our Mobile Tax & Notary service available locally. Our Payroll, Incorporation, Online Tax preparation service, and various financial information.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Wanting to reach out to a wider market and provide more services to more people. Also, to allow self prepared filers access to additonal financial information.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

September 2007 and the present website is my first.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name (D&A Tax & Notary Serivce) is derived from my business name so it was not hard to name.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

What makes my website different from others is that it provides a lot of free self service information with no obligation to consumers. Also, information is varied and both individuals and business owners can garner information.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our eventual goal to to widen our customers base, promote our unique Mobile Tax & Notary service to the South Florida market, and provide low cost online tax prepararation to the US market.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Our investment of time and money over the past nine months into our website has generated a good level of success, that we are invested for the long term and believe there is a need for our services in this current market.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

With an unlimited development budget we would expand our office locations to other cities and counties. Provide a live chat option on the webite. Expand our Mobile service area.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

If our site got really big we would be alble to keep up with the demand because we currently have a staff that would be able to handle the workload and the ability to hire extra individuals as needed.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The unexpected costs and headaches are the high cost of marketing (adwords, etc.) and other online website marketing cost.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Our biggest challenge was choosing the correct company to design and host our website.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

The most successful promotion of our website has been search engine submission.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It has differed from our expectations because in the financial industry you must always be up to date on all information is current and accurate.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

The site has been up for nine months and we will continue for a long time to come.

What is your website address?
