What inspired you to launch your own website?
We wanted to expand our current repair service to a wider audience.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It was about as short and simple (and available .com) name as we could find, so we snatched it up quickly

We have checked out nearly every similiar website and ours blows them away in terms of professional appearance, a smooth order process and status updates

Yep! We have a great website administration area that lets us manage our repair orders and keep the payments and status updates quick and easy.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting a customer to decide to part with their laptop from a few web pages. You have to overcome a lot of hurdles and scepticism.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
search engine optimization and link building

We have already made it to #6 on msn for the search term laptop repair
