What inspired you to launch your own website?
The incorporation of the company , back in 2002.

June 2002.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We used to be Iridium Plus Technologies. But now we have made a strategic change- We are now National Web Solutions, Mawaqaa.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
we are Kuwait's only 100% web technology focused company. Most of our competitors deal with advertising , IT and software as part of their business as well. We also have a client base that includes the biggest multi nationals in the region.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To become a regional leader in designing, developing and supporting international class web solutions.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Good time , resource and financial management allow us to maintain growth while increasing profit steadily.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Create a dedicated R&D team that is supported by a strong suppport and management philosophy.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
a good scalability and contigency planning policy, as well as a robust hardware and IT infrastructure will help us keep up with the demand.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Online advertising, google adwords, design changes and indecision.
What has been your biggest challenge?
To speak to our potential customers through the website, while maintaining a creative flair in the functionality and design.
