When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Recently. It is the current one we use.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We used the name of our company, and a name that would attract people because it is "new orleans computer repair." Pretty obvious, non?
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our services are unique in that we offer both IN HOUSE and ON SITE opportunities for repair. Our website uses flash and is interactive, to show clients what we are capable of.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
INCOME.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Getting better all the time. . .
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would probably outsource the work to have someone elses creativity expressed on the site rather than just mine. My color schemes reflect my personality but I don't want a customer to think that is all I am capable of. I can do much more than this!

Yes, Because I have other employees to whom I sub-contract the work. These employees take my advice and input and with that I would trust them to handle the high frequency of work.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
It costs a lot to maintain a website and a business. Our website, however, has been free in a monetary sense because we are designers as well as technicians.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Finishing up the website and advertising it. Advertising is key and this has been difficult because we want to reach as many people as we can in all types of demographics.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Craigslist.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has not differedn.
