VIVIT Marketing is your personal internet marketing firm dedicated to the needs of small business owners. With every package you will receive guidance from a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) veteran and Pay Per Click (PPC) Google Qualified Individual. What inspired you to launch your own website?
I got tired of getting riped off by other so called SEO and local search submission companies. I love finding keywords and converting PPC to make money on the internet.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was a phone card website called www.phoneweasel.com. It was about 2000 and I started to make money selling phone cards on the internet.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
VIVIT means HE LIVES in Latin.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
It is geared to small businesses and has an affordable solution to the big guys.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Get 10,000 business signed up to grow their business with mine.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I love not having a 9-5 and could be on the computer marketing 24/7.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Not to much. I created a site which will reflect the sites for the small business who sign up. Most do not have thousands to blow on a website and SEO stuff.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, I have some people waiting in the wings to jump on board as soon as we take off.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Getting the word out is harder than I thought. We use PPC but most small business owners do not realize what they are missing out of when they do not market online. So there are very few who know to type in small business PPC SEO marketing into a search.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Describing exactly what we do and how it will help small business. My family is just starting to get it now after years of marketing.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Telemarketing is tough but it is the only real way to get the word out.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It is hard to just concentrate on what I love in finding keywords. Running the business is a lot more of the jack of all trades type thing.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
We started in the beginning of May 2008. This is the real deal and the ships to return have been burnt. There is only one way and that is up.

I know a little about social networking but as I said it is not what I love to do.
