360 PSG offeres professional services for the web. A large team of programmers, graphic designers, and search engine specialists all work out of the Buffalo / Amherst New York offices and strictly provided web service. From simple one-page websites to complex six-figure applications... It is deals with the web, 360 deals with it.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The employees of a now disolved Buffalo IT firm banded together and incorporated several years ago, putting a primary focus on web services and not general IT.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
360 PSG was named for our full circle approach to web design. It is a never ending process where the technology changes the game almost daily. With a full revolution of your website, you can be sure 360 PSG is there to assist as partners, not just vendors.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
360 PSG writes their own software, many companies utilize tools or label other's products. 360 has built a properitary CMS, Intranet, E-Commerce system, and many more web-based applications. All coded in-house, all coded with the future in mind.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

As a passionate and devoted team, the success of our business is directly related to the fact that every team member is absolutely committed. Investing in this business is why everyone got started in the first place.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
360 would automate some more customer tools and directly integrate the accounting and project management aspects of our business.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
As our team building techniques have proven successful during past growth spurts, we have formulated growth plans that let us add and grow the team very rapidly to service increased demand.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
There is always one more bill!
What has been your biggest challenge?
Exposure, even with superstar programmers, designers, and copywriters... if you havent been exposed to the right eyes at the right time, it means nothing.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
General practices that "content is king" and making a site that is relevant and has the answers people seek... means more success.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has operated exactly as built, powered by our own Fission Content Management System.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
This site is a key aspect of operating our web design and web development company.
What will 360 PSG be doing in 5 years?
As we continue to grow at an incredible pace, our product line will be solid and rapidly deployed. New products will be added to the existing dozen or so Fission Suite products available today and 360 PSG will be known as "the place" for affordable, professional web service.
