Our website describes our mediation services, what mediation is, and how we can help homeowners associations, businesses and other resolve conflict before it reaches the point of litigation.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We wanted a website that could be a live public business card for our services. We wanted our services to bew visible to people in Central Texas.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Our website was launched in May of this year. We are new, so we want people to discover us.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We used the name of our business in the webiste. Our idea was to place our name and brand out front for people to find.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Many mediation websites only present the person doing the mediations and their experience. We wanted people to understand the purpose and scope of mediation and how using our subscription service could benefit them.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Since we are offering a service, and can be contacted by email, more time would be spent in direct contact with interested people.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Our biggest challenge is to get people to see our name and services.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
We have used email and our published brochures.
Why should homeowners groups and businesses look for you?
Conflicts and disputes are common in homeowners groups and in business situations. We can offer a service to them to help reduce conflict and resolve problems.
