Gholdenphish helps grow great Leaders; create effective managers and shows you way to mould your culture so innovation and development can flourish.

Our coaching sharpens awareness, energizes performance and impacts your bottom line.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We launched our new website to bring our value added services to a wider audience.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The first incarnation of the Gholdenphish site was in 2006.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Simpley to describe what we do.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Ours is a simple, functional and usable site which is easy on the eye and without clutter.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our eventual goal is continued promotion of our world class executive and business coaching services.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Our optimisation has commenced with a vengence, ask us again in 6 months!

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Invest in far more SEO.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes we have a growing team of skilled professionals supporting us.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Its getting harder to qualify and build meaningful links of value and relevence.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The SEO process.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Identifying meaninful links and partnering with those sites.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Its get harder to get meaningful exposure.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Ongoing for many years to come we hope.
