What inspired you to launch your own website?
To build up the greatest MacBook website.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched really bad personal sites when I was about 12, so back in 2000ish.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I was looking for a domain like total/uber/absolute + macbook and found totalmacbook.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Clean and usable design. Reviews of MacBooks, software and accessories. Daily news updates.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it for long term income.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Hard to tell, as it is a new website.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Spend some money on a new and completely unique design, pay some people to update the news.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes I'll just keep doing the same thing, I have a server that should be able to cope with any huge spikes in traffic.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Promoting the website.

So far, Mac specific forums.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It is as I expected so far.
