Online marketing is probably the most successful way to bring customers to you and generate leads. When did you launch your first website, and what was it? When I started working for my company - it was one of many of our corporate websites. How did you decide on a name for your website? The names were already decided, my job was to write the name for what people would be searching for. What makes your website different from other, similar offerings? Compared to many websites out there - I think our Pegasus Opera website definitly stands out. What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) Keep, maintain and improve the website to generate more custom. How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? The more time put into the website the higher I can get it ranked higher in the search engines. If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? No answer. If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? I'd look for ways to cut down the website so the customers can navigate around it much easier. What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with? Small errors, spelling mistakes etc from time-to-time, but nothing serious. What has been your biggest challenge? The design. What method has been most successful for promoting your website? SEO. How has running your website differed from your expectations? It hasn't. How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
