Payment Automation Network, Inc. Interview

By Interviewer at 06/19/08 02:45

Washington, Business Services: Payment Automation Network, Inc. Name of your website?

Payment Automation Network, Inc.

Your name?

Ken Martinez

Your Location (city, etc)

Tacoma

Please give us a short summary of your website?

We specialize in getting doctors and business owners their money quickly, as well as, helping them create new avenues of income using next generation technology.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We found there was a need in the Medical Provider industry for Electronic Medical Billing. The problem is most companies don't offer FULL SERVICE billing and additional cash flow services. Therefore Payment Automation Network was born.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We launched our first website in 2003 for Payment Automation Network. Of course it has been redesigned a couple of times since then.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We needed a name that describes our service and was generic enough for Medical Provider and General Business cash flow services. One of the first services we offered was our Bank Drafting Service. Since then Medical Billing has become our main focus.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We are a FULL SERVICE billing company that goes way beyond just submitting a claim electronically. Services we offer are:

Real-time Electronic Medical Claims Filing and Medical Billing™ Patient Payment Plan™ Patient Well Care Plan™ Profit Recovery Service

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Payment Automation Network, Inc. has continually offered the finest Medical Billing and Cash Flow services in the industry. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding value to our customers by supplying the finest services at the best prices. Payment Automation Network, Inc. has looked further and reached deeper to deliver the best tools and services for our customer's businesses.

When you sign up for our services you become a part of the Payment Automation Network Team. Your voice is heard and has a powerful impact that helps to shape and enrich our services. We build relationships by working hard to earn our customers' loyalty and trust. That's why our services are consistently the first choice for demanding professionals - the world over!

Our Core Values

Personal and corporate integrity Creative excellence and design innovation in all we do The prioritization of people over products and profits Our Core Purpose

Most major billing companies today name shareholder value or profitability as their top priority. At Payment Automation Network, our priorities are: people first, products second, profits third. Profiting is like breathing. As humans, we must breathe to live, but we do not live to breathe. As a company, Payment Automation Network must profit to exist, but we will not exist merely to profit. Achieving our goal of building a top Cash Flow Service and Billing company takes a tremendous amount of capital, but we will never sacrifice the needs of customers or our employees simply to increase our wealth.

The world is full of billing companies that are out to make a buck. Payment Automation Network Incorporated is a billing company that is out to make a difference.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Of course in our extremely competitive market, you only survive by working harder than the competition. We are a relatively new company (5 years old) but we have made a big impact in our industry. All of that is due to investment in capital and a good work ethic.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would try direct marketing to every medical provider in the US. I'm sure if we can just get them to look at our website, or to call us, we can show them how our services can save them time and money.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

There are lots of people looking for work with Medical Billing experience. We get resumes daily. Hiring additional staff would not be a problem. Our facilities will allow room for growth for years to come.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Gas Prices !

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting our name out there!

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

We use companies for automatic web submisson. We also advertise in meny medical provider publications. Most successful has been word-of-mouth.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

No.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We have had a website since 2003. We will always maintain a website. A website is the business card of the new melenium.

What is your website address?

Payment Automation Network, Inc.
