Instant Flower Garden Business

My aunt just moved back to the country a few weeks ago. Although she grew up here for almost all of her life, she went to The Netherlands when she turned 21 to work as an agriculturist.

She stayed there for almost 20 years and now she's back in the country to retire. As an agriculturist, she obviously is inclined to like things related to plants. And for a girl, there's nothing more interesting than flowers when it comes to organics.

Job Discrimination

Any kind of discrimination is not a good thing, right? If I discriminate you because of your race, them I'm an idiot racist. If I discriminate you based on your age, then I'm a stupid ageist. If I discriminate you because of your gender, then you can call me a lame sexist. If you have disabilities and I discriminate you then I'm a crappy ableist. But what about discrimination about how a person looks?

Recently there was a case filed against the clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch by employees who claimed the company is judging their employees on how they look and not because of their abilities. It seems like Abercrombie's motto is "We want employees that are hot, sorry but you're not."

Promo Agents Are Everywhere

A few minutes after lunch, someone rung the doorbell so I immediately went there to check who it was. From my maid door I saw a lady's shoe waiting in front of the gate. At first I thought it was my friend, but she wasn't.

It was a beautiful girl in her early 20s, dress in what appeared to me as a company uniform. She has a bulky bag hanging onto her back and on her hands, she has a pile of papers. The she said she's there to offer me something.
