We would like to take a break from our Office Designing Series this time because we need to answer a question sent to my e-mail by a friend of my friend. His name is Jesse who learned that I give advise for businesses and workers through our common friend. He asked what is the first and foremost character must an employee possess for him to be successful in his career. And he added that I can only choose one. Silly. Anyway, I followed his rule and chose only one, and I would go for curiosity. There are actually 5 basic character a person must possess in order for him to be successful in his job aside from academic status. They are hardworking, dedication, enthusiasm, willingness to work and willingness to learn. As you can see curiosity is not there.
