When Do I leave My Job?

Sometimes, we came to a point where we realize we're no longer happy with what we are doing. The job you have now is not fulfilling and the thought of leaving your job is peeking from behind your minds. How would you know if your job is no longer appropriate for you? I did a little survey over my friends who I can consider veterans in the corporate office world about the signs for you to know when to stop and look for something else. You are no longer satisfied with your job. If you used to work in a very accommodating and challenging environment and suddenly the whole company world turned upside down, and doing your part in the business no longer offers any satisfaction, then you have to look back to those times and try to gain the satisfaction again, if not, then it's to leave. You are no longer learning. When I do a job, the main thing I would look first is the possibility of me getting a lot of information for general knowledge. I love doing researches and would most definitely want to learn from what I do or what others do. I love it when the job gives a "daily lesson to learn". Everyday we have to grow. If your job no longer offer a space to learn, then you what to do next. Unhealthy working environment. This includes overly bully co-workers, bad ass boss, illegal business transactions, defaming office rumors and gossips, backstabbers or hostile working space. If any of these problems you and make a big deal out of it, then packing your things will be great next to eating sandwiches. You are not paid for what you work for. There are cases where employees are not paid the proper compensation they deserve. You are overworked It's related to being underpaid but given multiple tasks, or simply you are overworked for what you get. Dangerous Job Sometimes it's best to stay safe. If your job requires you to go to places that is not your expertise or not part of your job that exposes you to danger or to something not worth you title that may defame or scratched a letter to your golden name, you can always open the door and the taxi's waiting for home. However, if you are one tough guy or simply a daredevil who feels getting scenarios lie those is a challenge, then go on and continue. Who knows, your company might want to build a martyr's monument for you. And so far, I'm safe from all those symptoms. I still learn a lot from my work, paid fairly (actually there's a hint of me being overpaid), the boss problem never buzzes (I have a boss and I am also a boss), I have a lovely staff, I'm satisfied and of course, I'm pretty much safe.
