In the USA, almost all families own computers. Almost all of the citizen do not have to rent a computer on shops just to access the internet. But this scenario is different when it comes to some countries especially in Asia. Particularly in the South East, owning a computer is still a considered a luxurious privilege. Even though young people nowadays know how to operate one, they all learn this in school or most of the time, in computer shops.
